• E-receipt Setting:
  • The setting process is very simple and involves the structuring of a .txt file that the company will feed, manually or automatically, from any computer system.
  • At the same time, we create a test environment to check the operation of the voucher’s electronic signature and the affirmative or negative answer regarding the validity and / or receipt of the document by the Internal Revenue Service. Within this environment we also validate the scheme under which the documents will be indexed and archived in a secure archiving portal and we will define the mechanism through which clients and suppliers will receive or may consult the electronic documents issued at any time.
  • It should be noted that the testing environment involves the survey of issuance points, sequential management, sequential establishment of information repositories, and the definition of non-validated document control protocols.
  • Once the test environment has been passed, we proceed to certify and load the system live.

• E-receipt Operation:
  • The operation of our solution is simple and effective. The .txt files are deposited in a secure information repository with the frequency defined by the client (daily, hourly or minute by minute). Our system carries out the process of issuing, signing, validating and confirming the response from the Internal Revenue Service and once the documents are validated, they are stored in the secure portal under the established indexing mechanisms. The rejected documents are identified and alerted for their correction and subsequent re-validation.
